Click here to learn more reasons to secure your information

For several reasons! First, it will cost you 3 to 5 times more to perform in-house shredding than to hire a shredding service; the combined costs of the shredder, office space, maintenance, electrical usage and disposal, not to mention the cost of labor, add up to much more than the cost of a scheduled shredding service. Plus we do all of the work for you!

Are there any restrictions about what we can we put in your security containers?
No; you may include any color or type of paper as well as paper clips, staples, rubber bands, labels and file tabs.

Do you issue a certificate of destruction?

Yes; once your confidential materials have been destroyed, we will issue you a Certificate of Destruction for your records.

How do I know everything has been destroyed?
You can watch the entire process on a closed circuit TV monitor ~ either at our mobile truck or in real-time from the comfort of your home or office via the internet.

How do you ensure our security?
We go to great lengths to provide the highest level of security available. We conduct a thorough background check and require that each employee has a clean driving record. In addition, all personnel submit to ongoing, random drug testing, wear professional, company uniforms and prominently display a picture ID badge.

What kinds of security containers do you provide?
We provide a variety of security consoles designed to meet your needs. All security bins and consoles are lockable and provided free of charge for clients seeking regular service.

We have stored files that need to be shredded, but we'd like to sort through them first ... and may want to keep our boxes.
May we use your containers to purge our files into?

Yes; we can drop off as many lockable containers as you would like before your project begins.

Why do you charge "by volume" instead of "by the minute"?
In addition to the fact that charging by the minute only protects the shredding company, we charge by volume because we want to give the very best value to our clients. Using state-of-the-art equipment which shreds a minimum of 5,000 pounds of material per hour allows us to service more customers than our competition - allowing us to pass along the savings! Most companies which charge by the minute include collection time which is dependent upon the number of containers, types of containers and the distance between them.

What if I only need shredding once a year?
Whether you have 5 boxes or 5,000 boxes, require service weekly, monthly or annually, Pioneer SecureShred has a secure shredding solution for you!
